The patented design has a frame and door for easy access into walls for repairs or installations of new plumbing, electrical wiring or hardware and for electronic applications and management of network wiring, entertainment centers and other electronic wiring or hardware installations in walls. The AP46 Access Panel is designed to be the most versatile small access panel that can be used in applications for plumbing, electrical and electronics. The door has been designed with designated drill points and "knockouts" for easy wiring installation and for plumbing lines. The design helps to keep installations neat and orderly to avoid confusion with bundle wiring.

Toilet Base Plates
The toilet base plates were designed to help solve two common problems associated with retrofitting the new low flush toilets for the old 3.5 gpf toilets. It is common that the new 1.6 toilets have a smaller "footprint" which exposes the problem of the discoloration of the floor around the base of the toilet. The Sachwin Toilet Base Plate solves this floor cosmetic problem economically. These plates may be stacked by using the aligning pegs molded into the plate. By stacking the plates you may overcome the problem of a toilet that rocks on a hub that has been set too high.

Pipe Patches
PatchAbles™ is a universal repair system for rigid pipes. It temporarily repairs up to 3/8" diameter punctures, blowouts and corrosive leaks effectively in mid-sections of pipes. The PatchAbles components consists of:

a universal Flexcap
an elastomeric Sealing Cap and
appropriately sized stainless steel hose clamp to match the diameter of the damaged pipe.

The PatchAbles system effectively repairs the damaged pipe by sealing off the affected area. The Flexcap/Sealing Cap assembly effectively encapsulates and seals off the leak, with the Sealing Cap membrane ensuring isolation and confinement of the leak. The hose clamp maintains necessary pressure to the assembly to complete the seal until final repairs.
